South Spencer Grabs Lead In Fifth Inning For Victory Over Floyd Central
South Spencer took the lead late and defeated Floyd Central 8-5 on Tuesday. The game was tied at one with South Spencer batting in the bottom of the fifth when Braydon Edwards walked Dalton Schneider to drive in a run.
Floyd Central scored four runs in the seventh inning, but South Spencer still managed to pull out the victory. The big inning for Floyd Central came thanks to a single by Dalton Drexler, a walk by Alex Lozado, and a walk by Max Baumann.

Dalton Schneider and Brice Stuteville each drove in two runs to lead South Spencer. South Spencer was sure-handed in the field and didn’t commit a single error. Dalton Bartlett had the most chances in the field with nine.
