Game Recap

The Rebels were able to win their 3rd straight beating the Rangers 4-2. The first half would see in familiar faces scoring goals. 25 minutes into the first half Michael a Donoho would find the back of the net of a cross that bounced around in the box. Minutes before the end of the first half Jacob Lindsey would score his first goal of the season after a corner that was sent out of the box. Jacob would settle the ball at the top of the 18 and hit it back in to make the score 2-0 at the half. Kipper Johnson was able to get in behind the Forest Park defense and beat the Ranger keeper. The Rangers were able to draw a goal back in a loose ball in front of Cole Dawson. Moments later Kipper Johnson would cause more trouble for the Rangers drawing a penalty. Mason Durnil stepped up to the spot and slotted it past the diving Forest Park keeper to make the score 4-1. The Rangers were able to grab another goal back to make the final score 4-2.
The win moves the team back to .500 with a record of 5-5-2 (3-3) PAC. Next up for the Rebels is a trip to Evansville to take on Reitz. Kickoff set for 5:30. Game played at the EVSC fields.
