Immediate Release: Update Rockport, IN – Oct. 11th – The South Spencer School Corporation is providing an update on student-athlete JaQuar Johnson who sustained an injury during the football game on Oct. 10th at Farmersburg. Positive Medical Update for JaQuar Johnson JaQuar Johnson is currently stable and resting at Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health in Indianapolis. We are relieved to report that JaQuar has feeling and movement to all extremities. Further, the initial diagnostic imaging, including CT scan and MRI results, have come back negative for major injury. JaQuar’s family, the players, coaches, and the entire South Spencer community want to express their deep appreciation for the overwhelming outpouring of love, support, and prayers received during this difficult time.
