South Spencer Rebels Varsity Holds Onto Victory As Apollo Almost Erases 5-Run Deficit
South Spencer Rebels Varsity got out to a five-run lead in the fourth inning and held on for a 5-3 victory over Apollo on Monday. Apollo scored three runs in the failed comeback on a single by Gatlin Humphrey in the fourth, a single by Trevor Payne in the fourth, and a sacrifice fly by Zach Greer in the fifth.
South Spencer Rebels Varsity fired up the offense in the second inning, when an error scored one run for South Spencer Rebels Varsity.
